Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club is delighted to announce our inaugural art exhibition raising funds for BrightSpark Foundation. We are inviting West Australian artists from all background and disciplines to submit their works for this exciting first exhibition which aims to celebrate creativity, diversity and the power of artistic expression.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Exhibition will raise funds for BrightSpark Foundation which is dedicated to funding Western Australian research into child health.
It will be held on an annual basis for a charity chosen by the RFBYC Art Committee.
All commission on art sold will be donated to the chosen charity
Mediums accepted include paintings sculptures, photography, ceramics and drawings.
Artworks must be original.
Artworks must be delivered either framed or, in the final format on which it should be displayed.
If selected to display your artworks an entry fee per work of $30 will apply.
All artists are required to supply either an ABN number or a statement by a supplier stating that they are not required to quote an ABN.
If selected, you will be required to complete a form with financial details and submit to the Art Committee.
Curation of the exhibition is at the sole discretion of the Art Committee.
On submission of your registration to this Art Exhibition, RFBYC is authorised to use images of works for promotional purposes.

KEY DATES
Artwork details submission deadline is Monday, 13 January 2024.
All artworks need to be delivered between 12pm - 5pm, Monday 3 February 2025.
Unsold artworks MUST be collected Monday, 10 February 2025 between 12pm-2pm. RFBYC does not have facilities to store artworks after this time.
