Login Instructions for Club members
Hello Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club Member,Welcome to the new Northstar Member login page.
Member usernames are your full 5-digit member number, for example 01234. (Please add “0” before your four-digit member number if you have one).
You can find your member number on your statements and also printed on the front of your member card.
The default password is the first four digits of your date of birth (DDMM). For example 8th of January would be 0801, or your existing user generated password.
If this is your first time accessing Northstar (yes it looks similar) you will be prompted to setup a security question. This will enable you to use the forgot password tool in future. When logged in to MyRFBYC, using the My Profile area of the member dashboard you will be able to change your password. You will find the member portal menu under the Club Info heading.

New and existing guest pass users:
To register for any activity with RFBYC, you will need to first register for a guest pass with us using the form below.
The guest pass needs to be in the name of the participant.
If you think you already have an RFBYC number, please login in above in the Club member login area or contact the office for assistance. Your "member number" will be a 6-digit number, for example 701234. The default password is your surname in lower case.
RFBYC members will have an RFBYC member number and Club account and must login above. Do not complete the guest pass form if you are a member, this will create a duplicate.
Steps:
- create a MyRFBYC account for the participant.
- ensure that you are logged in to MyRFBYC to make your booking.
- keep the MyRFBYC credentials, the participant will use this each time they participate with the Club.
After you have created an account and have received the login credentials by email, please ensure the additional information such as emergency contact information is completed.
Congratulations, you will also be registered with Australian Sailing providing you with some limited insurance for your activity.
We welcome you to become a member of RFBYC, after 12 participations at the Club, this will be recommended to you.
