Out There Sailing 1 – a great introduction to sailing with a wide variety of on water activities
Ideal for 13 to 17 year olds
Out There Sailing 1 is a great introduction to sailing and skills required on the water with a focus on fun with friends. The program provides a wide variety of on water activities that will give you an introduction to sailing and an opportunity to experience stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing and power boating. You will learn these skills through exciting exercises and put them to good use in fun on water activities.
Prerequisite: No sailing experience is necessary. Must be water confident and able to swim. A buoyancy vest is supplied for the course.
Cost: Non-member $460, Junior Member $400 – both prices inclusive of GST (for 20 hour program)
