RFBYC Incident Report Form
RFBYC Incident Report Form
RFBYC requires that an incident is reported to the Club when it occurs during an RFBYC organised event or through the RFBYC Training Centre. However, reports on incidents that occur outside of these activities on Club grounds are also encouraged and welcome.
The information gathered through our incident investigation process allows us to gain a clearer understanding of the nature of the trends and incidents and to provide better advice and guidance to our boat owners to assist in reducing the likelihood of further incidents. We appreciate any information that helps us in our efforts to ensure boating remains a safe and enjoyable pastime.
Please complete the online Incident Report Form below and press submit. The information will be received by the CEO and Yachting Operations Manager.
