There’s some close racing going on in the Roland Smith Ocean Race.
Weapon of Choice showed Enterprise NG their intentions even before the race start and has fought hard all day to be ahead of her fellow modern 40 footer at the finish and placing second behind the TP52, Crush.
In the racer cruiser pack, Al Fresco has just called in abeam of Leighton Beach on approach to the finish just over six minutes ahead of CheckMate.
A bit of excitement for the Division 1 fleet at the Roland Smith Ocean Race.
The start was off North Cottesloe and the fleet looked fabulous racing along the beaches, south to Leighton before heading north towards Hillary’s.
