Slow going at the Club Best Regatta but we’re getting the races in.

The Etchells and Flying Fifteens are on top of the leaderboard at the moment.

Power fleet going for the best dressed award, they’ve even brought their power time trialling competition number with them! Not sure it’s fast but it looks cool 😎

For the race fans - here’s the course configuration and list of teams.
Shown with allocated boat and spinnaker colour! 💚💙💛💙❤️💜

2022 Club Best Regatta at RFBYC.

Today is the day, who’s going to be the BEST fleet in the club?

Will the Etchells claim in back? Or maybe the Flying Fifteens. The Dragon fleet have been runners up twice but the BW8 team are sure to have an advantage in the boats. There are seasoned sailors in the Division 2 team and talent in the Youth (29er/Laser/windsurfer) but wouldn’t it be funny if the Power fleet are crowned the Club Best at sailing!

The perpetual trophy takes pride of place on the mantelpiece in the Aubrey Sherwood Room.
