ROYAL FRESHWATER BAY YACHT CLUB WELCOMES MEMBERSHIPS ENQUIRIES

Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club is dedicated to participation in local, national and international yachting events by lady, gentleman, and junior members.

Individuals with a keen interest in the sport of sailing or boating and who wish to consider a membership application are invited to contact the Membership Officer at the Clubhouse.

Proposals for membership are usually introduced by a current member of Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club who has already enjoyed at least five years as an Ordinary member of the Club. Please refer to the detail in the Proposal form below.

Every new member proposal is assessed by the Membership Committee in accordance with statutory Privacy provisions and the Constitution of Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club. The individual proposed for membership may be invited to attend a short interview, in the company of the Proposer, to exchange dialogue of mutual interest surrounding yachting, boating and the facilities of the Club. The nomination is considered for election by General Committee to Membership of the Club. The process is usually completed within two to three months.
